ABOUT THE LAWYER
I am JUDr. Diana Eliasová, RSc. a lawyer with extensive experience and expertise in the field of law
I graduated my first level law degree in 2011 at the Faculty of Law of the Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica. As follow-up to this study, I continued my second degree of university law studies, successfully competed with the defense of my diploma thesis and state exam in 2013 at the Faculty of Law of the Pan-European University. During my university years, I also worked in the legal field as an assistant.
After my master’s degree, I spent six years as a lawyer trainee in a law office in Žilina, focusing mainly on civil, commercial, family and employment law. Then, I worked for six years as a corporate lawyer, dealing with public procurement, employment, commercial and administrative law, including representation in courts. At the same time, I focused on real estate and property law, completing reality program and obtaining degree RSc. / Real estate consultant/.
In 2015, after passing the rigorous exam and defending my rigorous thesis at the Faculty of Law of the Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica, I was awarded the academic degree Doctor of Laws.
